Have you ever wondered what Fast food chains might be safe for you to eat at? Look no further. Below you will find a list of chain restaurants I have reviewed.
Of course the reviews below can only relate to the location I visited at that point in time. You should always double check with your server that the food you are receiving is safe for you to consume.
- Spud Bar
- Thr1v3
- New York Minute (No longer does safe chips)
- Salsa’s – Gluten Free Offer Expired
- Bing Boy
I’ve also compiled a list of the Fast food chains that people believe are safe to eat from but this isn’t always the case. Of course you are free to make up your own minds but below you can find the reasoning behind why I don’t believe these chains are gluten free.
Food Trucks
I know what you’re thinking, a gluten free food truck, get real. To be honest with you I thought it to until a few weeks into July 2015.
Of course when eating from a food truck you should always double check with the servers to ensure that they have done the best possible job in avoiding contact between the foods. At the time of my visit I checked the preparations and serving conditions of each food truck I visited.
