I am not a chef, baker or anything else related to the food preparation industry. I just love cooking. It probably developed from growing up as a Coeliac in a time before the gluten free fad was so trendy. There was nothing available as so, we cooked or baked it ourselves.

A lot of blogs and websites have really healthy and complicated gluten free food and as much as I love preparing elaborate and exquisite dinners no one always has time for that. My recipes are a mixture between elaborate and beautiful and those quick and easy cheats meals you just want to whip up when you get in late and a craving hits you.
