Pasta is a usual option for people to have for dinner or lunch, however when you are a Coeliac it can be hard to find a pasta that reminds you of those family dinners that you indulged in before your diagnosis.
The lists below categorize my pasta reviews into fresh pasta, dry pasta and I’ve also included some ready to eat pasta dishes for good measure. All pasta is cooked at the recommended time as per the packaging unless otherwise specified. In most cases I will also attempt to freeze and re-heat the pasta, in these instances I will specify how the pasta held up.
