The Breakfast Club

The most important part of the day is a gluten free breakfast, or so we’re told, if you’re over eggs and gluten free toast (hopefully a decent brand that doesn’t fall apart at the slightest touch) or yoghurt and berries and are trying to find other breakfast snacks to have or maybe just need a breakfast on the go; then here you are.

The following product posts all refer to products that can be eaten for breakfast, of course that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy them at any other time of the day either.

Breakfast on the Go

Spoon and Bowl Breakfast

Smoothie Breakfasts

Cooked Breakfasts

I saw that you tried the new gluten free Sanitarium Up & Gos on your instagram. Will you be posting a review about those any time soon? I’d love to know what they tasted like!
    Thank you

    • Hi George!

I’ve got the Up & Go post all lined up for tomorrow morning; They are decent gluten free adaptations of the originals but I won’t give too much away.
      Thank you for reading!
