Cross Contamination

For a person diagnosed with Coeliac Disease it only takes less than a crumb to activate the immune response within the body. This means that cross contamination and cross contact are a big issue for us as even a small crumb can cause us major damage. The damage to our villi can occur without outwards symptoms as well so it is important to get yearly blood tests to check that you are on track.

With this in mind I have some tips and guides to help you navigate your way. Simply click on the links below to read some of my best guides.
